There is no Columbia River Gorge National Park. There IS the Columbia River Gorge National Scenic Area that runs along both sides of the Columbia River from just east of Troutdale Oregon to approximately Arlington on the Oregon side. It will be much easier to find information on the area if you search for it under its actual name.

I live in the Northwest and I love the Columbia River Gorge. I frequently hike the trails and enjoy the many water features and rock formations. There are also a lot of wilderness areas to enjoy the forests and wildlife all around.

Thanks for this great writeup about the Columbia River Gorge area.
